Flat Roof Repair

 

Please note....We use a single piece of rubber membrane, known as EPDM

We do not use felt

The roof is first swept clean of all dirt, debris and loose chipping's.
Any water damaged decking considered to be unsound replaced by 18mm plywood.
The membrane is then laid over the whole roof area, usually in one piece (except large areas).
Flashing's, corners, pipes and other details are finished off.
Aluminium edge trim is fitted to upstands as required.
All rubbish is removed from the site.
